Bug fix requests takes time to process. Here are the steps we take to ensure your request will be done correctly. Please allow 7 to 14 working days to process.

  1. Submit support ticket.
  2. Engineers will test the bug report. (2 to 3 days response)
  3. If bugs found and replicated by our engineers, our engineers will fix the issue.
  4. Our software testers will take over once the engineers are done with the fix.
  5. If the test is successful, our team will provide you with a link containing the fixed version.

Revisions takes time because we are going to go through an internal process which are:

  • Identify which features are going to be affected by the bug report
  • Plan and execute the programming revision
  • Testing which will be done by our software testers using our test server
  • When testing on the test server is done, our testers will also make another test using your own database
  • Distribution/Release
